Hip-Pop: What to do When Your Hip is “Popping”

A tight psoas can cause pain in the front of the hip. You may notice a “popping” or “snapping” in the front of the hip. This can also contribute to low back pain.

Commonly found in:

-People who sit a lot for work or spend a lot of time inactive.

-Athletes involved in resistance training and any sport that involves running can also develop psoas pain from overuse.
